Details

Join us for some good company and geeky conversation the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Elysian Pub in Capitol Hill!

NOTE: We are now meeting on the 2nd TUESDAY of each month! Apologies for any confusion.

Once a month, we'll get together to have drinks, chat, network, and geek out with fellow information architects, librarians, usability experts, user experience designers, and other like-minded people. It's open to anyone, so bring a friend -- especially those in other local organizations! The format will be casual, but all are encouraged to bring something to discuss -- recent work, an interesting topic, or even your resume.

See you there!

[This Meetup is organized by the Pacific Northwest Chapter of ASIS&T - the American Society for Information Science and Technology]

I'm interested in seeing what the breadth of skills and interests are in this group. Also, I am recruiting for an information architect/UI designer position at Bungie Studios, working on console games. If you're interested, please let me know! http://www.bungie.net/insid...

Anyone else's team end up in firefighting mode? What does a UX/IA do in such a group? Is there a place for us in such an environment? If anyone else has the quick turn around, developer centrtic team blues to discuss please seek me out. I would love to hear how you resolved your situation. I'm the really tall guy.
